You know, I've been saying he should be arrested / impeached for war crimes all along, but the fact that they're putting this bill through is an obvious admittance of guilt.

In case the video gets taken down, the video is about this: Congress is trying to pass a bill that gives Bush and his cronies retroactive immunity with regards to war crimes committed against members of Al Qaeda (probably others as well). It's trying to get rushed through before the end of the session as the Democrats will most likely be in power in November, putting a quash to shenanigans like this.
